Job Description
- Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
- Monitor the pool area and ensure compliance with established safety procedures.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate pool hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure swimming equipment is properly stored, maintained and available when required.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment faults or incidents promptly.
- Support the Swimming Coach and school staff in maintaining a safe swimming environment.
- Ensure that learners and other pool users follow established pool rules and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties related to the safe and effective management of the swimming pool as assigned

Qualifications
- Relevant training or experience in pool management, lifeguarding, recreation or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience working in a swimming pool or similar environment.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, attentive and physically fit.
- Ability to work effectively with children and school staff.
- First Aid and CPR certification will be an added advantage .
