Graphic Design Support
- Design and produce digital and print materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and infographics that support the University's academic and community outreach activities.
- Support the preparation and formatting of communication materials as guided by the supervisor.
- Make revisions to existing designs based on feedback.
Social Media Content Support
- Prepare visual content for social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Support online campaigns that promote academic programs and any other University events from time to time.
- Maintain an organized archive of digital content.
Branding Compliance
- Maintain consistency in visual identity including logos, typography, color schemes, and messaging.
Website & Multimedia Assistance
- Design, update, and maintain visual and multimedia content for the University websites to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience.
- Assist in photo editing and video clipping where required.
Event Promotion and Coverage
- Assist in preparing promotional materials for events.
- Provide support during events, including photography, videography, and basic editing to document and promote institutional events.
Collaboration and Institutional Support
- Work collaboratively with academic and administrative departments to support their communication and promotional needs.
- Provide design support for admissions, marketing, and public relations.
